The location offered easy access to notable attractions. The staff were responsive, ensuring a seamless check-in and addressing our questions promptly. The room felt small, and the bathroom shower could be uncomfortable for taller guests. Despite the convenience of nearby cafes, the dining experience lacked variety, leaving us wanting more local culinary options.

The Condotti Palace Hotel in Rome is probably the best hotel I have stayed in. Every member of staff are welcoming, helpful and accommodating to the last. This attitude runs through the whole hotel from the cleaners to the reception staff, who must all get a special mention. Correspondence between ourselves and the hotel were fast, prompt and straight forward. The location is ideal. Close enough to the Spanish Steps in rome, close to fantastic restaurants, in the heart of the main shopping district, yet all the while far enough away so that any noise will not disturb your sleep. Even if there is any noise, you have sound-proof windows to ensure you are not disturbed. If I return to Rome one day I will defintely stay here again. the hotel really helped to make our stay very enjoyable. Don't hesitate to book into this hotel.

The room was comfortable and had a lovely patio, perfect for summer! the A/C was a lifesaver during the hot July days, but the shower head was a bit awkward.

The location was super convenient, just a short walk to the Spanish Steps. The staff were accommodating, especially when we needed assistance with our luggage. We traveled with our little kid and found the proximity to lovely streets and family-friendly restaurants a big plus.
My wife says that a bigger shower area would be nice.

great location,, but small bathroom
Especially Alessandra, who provided really good service. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping and restaurants, great to explore comfortably. Our room had a lovely small balcony with a nice view to enjoy morning coffee. I appreciated the unique optical illusion wallpaper that definitely added character to the room.
The bathroom was a bit small, which might not be ideal for everyone.
