The staff were exceptionally friendly and responsive, ensuring a seamless check-in and addressing our questions promptly. However, the room felt small, and the bathroom shower could be uncomfortable for taller guests. Despite the convenience of nearby cafes, the dining experience lacked variety, leaving us wanting more local culinary options.

The room was comfortable and had a lovely patio, perfect for summer! Also, the A/C was a lifesaver during the hot July days, but the shower head was a bit awkward.

The location was super convenient, just a short walk to the Spanish Steps. The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially when we needed assistance with our luggage. We traveled with our little kid and found the proximity to lovely streets and family-friendly restaurants a big plus.

My wife says that a bigger shower area would be nice.

The staff made our stay memorable, especially Alessandra, who provided exceptional service. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping and restaurants, allowing us to explore comfortably. Our room had a lovely small balcony, which offered a nice view to enjoy morning coffee. I appreciated the unique optical illusion wallpaper that definitely added character to the room.

The bathroom was a bit small, which might not be ideal for everyone.

the condotti palace was a delightful stay. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ready to assist with any request. they even allowed us to keep our stroller by the front desk. everything was just steps away from charming restaurants and quaint shops which made exploring easy.

liked everything 😊, but laundry service could improve.
